Student services

Programme / qualification advice

Note sure what papers to add towards your qualification? Student Advisers within the Centre can provide you with qualification, paper or subject advice, and can answer any of your University related queries.  The Centre has Open Advice Day for current students every Wednesday between 10am and 2pm where you can come in without making an appointment. Alternatively, you can book an appointment with an adviser by emailing msc@waikato.ac.nz

Assignment hand-in / collection

To collect your marked assignments from the Management Student Centre, you'll need to bring your Student ID with you.
Assignments may be handed into the Management Student Centre as long as a Waikato Management School cover page with the specific bar code is attached.

Student support

Specialist Management Student Consultants are also available to help manage the support needs for all students including undergraduate, graduate, Maori, international, language and learning. There is always a staff member available to talk to students who are having problems or concerns. There are always plenty of options available - let us lay them out for you.

Mentor programme

The Management Student Centre also runs a Mentoring Programme for new undergraduate and post-graduate students to help them settle into University easier. It does this by pairing new students with senior management students for one semester, who are available to talk and answer any questions at any time. For more information or to sign up to the mentoring programme, visit: management.ac.nz/mentor
