To enrol in a 499/599 Report of an Investigation 18 papers must been completed towards the BMS (including all compulsory papers). Some 499/599s have additional pre-requisites. Please refer to the department information on this website.

Once you have selected a code for your 499, you can enrol by including your 499/599 Report of an Investigation on your Application to Enrol for the coming year or by adding it on during the year by Change of Enrolment. You should do this at least two months before your 499 enrolment code is due to begin. Check the dates of your department's 499 codes here.

Once you are fully enrolled, you will have access to a MyWeb paper page for your 499, and you must go to this page to complete an initial 499/599 proposal application form online (Find the link under Assignments). This is due one month before for 499 enrolment code begins. The online application is open for submission for three weeks prior to this due date.
